At Healthcare Innovation Catalysts, she oversees engagements for clients worldwide, supporting product development and managing through the rigorous process of obtaining FDA authorization. Ms. Jeresano has comprehensive project management responsibilities including developing and implementing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing timeline and budgets. She curates project management tools to streamline project workflows, enhance team performance, and effectively engage stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. She earned her certification in project management through PMTraining™. Prior to Healthcare Innovation Catalysts, Ms. Jeresano managed the Johns Hopkins Immunogenetics Laboratory, which directly supports the comprehensive transplant program at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Her role included overseeing quality assurance, quality control, review of laboratory assay reporting, and validating the laboratory information system. Ms. Jeresano holds a MS in Biotechnology, Regulatory Affairs from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.
